Fiction, non-fiction, and everything your book club should be reading.
Our latest discoveries — updated regularly throughout the year.
I’m Nadia, and I’ve been a compulsive reader for as long as I can remember. I’ll read just about anything — a gripping thriller one week, a deep-dive into behavioural economics the next, a memoir that makes me cry on the subway the week after that.
I started The Bookshelf Shortlist because I kept discovering incredible indie and self-published books that nobody was talking about. This blog is my way of fixing that.
Based in Brooklyn, New York, my to-read pile has its own postcode at this point. Welcome to my shortlist.
